The METEOR center comprise the following cores:
- Administrative Core: Responsible for integration and coordination of METEOR center components and with alignment to goals of the ROBIN network
- BLST Core: Leads the implementation and management of bioinformatics pipelines for all METEOR assays for biospecimen collection, processing and analysis
- DST Core: Responsible for data management and sharing of METEOR data assets
- METEORITE: Leads the implementation of interdisciplinary training content and programs across ROBIN centers
- Project 1: Cervical Cancer
- Project 2: Pancreatic Cancer
